The term Holistic is the belief that the parts of something are interconnected and can be explained only by reference to the whole. The heart, mind, soul, body and spirit are not separate entities but integral parts of a unified whole person, made in the image of God. He is the Creator and perfect Reference who lovingly holds your hand to lead you on your pathway of healing, restoration, forgiveness, & freedom.
HEART
The inner self of will, intentions, desires, and moral center.
MIND
The thought life, intellect, critical thinking, understanding, and thorough reasoning.
BODY
The physical place where the other parts dwell. A temple of the Holy Spirit for the follower of Christ.
SOUL
The living being which includes emotions.
The distinct identity, individual personality & psyche (“psychology”).
SPIRIT
Revitalized and reborn through Christ; how we commune with God.
